对配送作业实务课程教学的一些探索--以贵港职业学院配送作业实务课程为例

摘要

In this paper, Guigang Vocational College"distribution operations Practices"courses, such as exist:teaching the-ory focuses on teaching, training less, and the lack of systematic;need to improve the skills of teachers and distribution op-erations;single assessment methods, such as the presence of assessment errors Some issues raised in the work process-orien-ted teaching system rebuild, enrich and optimize the teaching content;conduct integrated teaching;strengthen the"distribu-tion operations practice"course of teacher training;reform assessment methods, process-oriented appraisal some solutions thinking problems, in order to play a valuable role.%本文以贵港职业学院配送作业实务课程教学的中存在的诸如：重在理论的教学讲授，实训较少，且缺乏系统性；教师配送作业技能需要提高；考核方式单一，存在考核误区等一些问题，提出了以工作过程为导向，重新构建课程教学体系，充实并优化教学内容；进行一体化教学；加强对配送作业实务课程师资的培养；改革考核方式，注重过程考核等一些解决问题的思路，借以起到抛砖引玉的作用。
