由于民办高校的特殊性，民办高校的秘书工作一直存在着工作量大、岗位职责划分不明确、职业发展前途渺茫、自身利益得不到有效保障等问题，影响民办高校秘书工作的可持续发展，也影响着高校相关管理和行政工作的具体开展。为加强民办高校秘书工作建设，本文对当前民办秘书工作的现状进行分析，并提出一系列有效的优化措施，促进民办高校秘书工作的有序发展。%Because of the particularity of private universities, private colleges secretarial work there has been a large work-load, job responsibilities are not clearly divided, occupation development prospects, their interests are not effectively protected and other issues affecting the sustainable development of private universities, secretarial work, but also affects the specific uni-versities to carry out the relevant management and administrative work. In order to strengthen the construction of the secretary work in private colleges, this paper analyzes the present situation of the private secretary work, and puts forward a series of ef-fective measures to promote the orderly development of the secretary work in private colleges.
