我国养老护理员队伍现状、成因及专业化建设分析--基于老年护理专业人才供给不足的现状

     

摘要

养老护理员是我国养老护理职业群的主体,将在较长一段时间内继续承担养老护理的重任。该队伍准入门槛较低、职业技能较差,存在着年龄偏大,学历偏低、待遇偏差、知识面窄等问题,整体素质较低,专业化程度较差,严重制约了养老护理服务的质量与发展。建议今后从加大法律政策支持、健全专业化教育体系、规范养老护理员内部管理体制、加快专业组织建设以及营造良好的专业化建设氛围五方面加快养老护理员专业化建设。%Aged care workers is the main occupation group of nursing care, nursing care will continue to bear the heavy re-sponsibility over a longer period of time. The ranks low barriers to entry, vocational skills is poor, there are older, lower edu-cation, treatment bias, narrow range of knowledge and other issues, the lower the overall quality is poor degree of specializa-tion, severely restricted the nursing care services quality and development. Recommendations for future policy support from increased legal, professional sound educational system, regulate the nursing member internal management system, accelerate the construction of professional organizations and specialized construction to create a good atmosphere of old-age care workers in five areas of specialization accelerate construction.
