自媒体时代下中职学校学生的心理健康教育

摘要

In recent years, with the rise and flourish of we media, the traditional mode of mental health education in vocational schools are increasingly being challenged, but we media because of its own development characteristics, under the Mental Hea-lth gave Curriculum Education provides new opportunities. In this paper, the characteristics from the media and its impact on mental health of the classroom to analyze the challenges and opportunities, and improve the teaching mode from media back-ground in vocational school mental health education were discussed.%近年来，随着自媒体的兴起和蓬勃发展，传统的中职学校的心理健康教育模式越来越多地受到挑战，但自媒体由于其自身的发展特点，又给课改背景下的心理健康教育提供了新的机遇。本文对自媒体的特点及其对心理健康课堂的挑战和机遇进行分析，并对改进自媒体背景下中职学校心理健康教育的教学模式进行探讨。
