急性有机磷中毒中间综合征35例急救分析

摘要

目的 探讨急性有机磷中毒中间综合征(IMS)的临床特征和治疗方法.方法 对35例 IMS 的临床表现，治疗方法进行回顾性分析.结果 35例 IMS 患者均给予气管插管行机械及胆碱酯酶复能剂通气治疗，抢救成功32例，死亡3例，抢救成功率85.7%.结论 当 IMS 患者发生呼吸困难时，必须立即给予气管插管，机械通气，为了减少通气过程中的呼吸机依赖，加强营养支持，防止感染，合理机械通气.%　　Objective  To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of acute organophosphate poisoning intermediate syndrome (IMS). Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestations, treatment of 35 cases of IMS. Results  35 cases of IMS patients were given endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation and cholinesterase agent treatment, the successful rescue of 32 patients, 3 patients died, the survival rate was 85.7%. Conclusion When the IMS patients with breathing difficulties, must immediately give intubation, mechanical ventilation, nutritional support to reduce ventilation in ventilator dependent, prevent infection, and reasonable mechanical ventilation.
