黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床分析

摘要

目的  研究黛力新临床治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的治疗效果及不良反应，分析在临床应用时的注意事项、配伍禁忌、不良反应等用药情况，为黛力新治疗抑郁症的合理用药提供理论依据.方法  以我院2008年至2011年期间的脑卒中后抑郁症患者为研究对象，分别设置治疗组和对照组进行对比分析，通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)评分，进行疗效评定，并记录不良反.结果  在临床疗效上，两组的HAMD评分均比治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)，治疗组的疗效优于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组.结论  黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的效果优于阿米替林，临床上对其合理用药是治疗抑郁症的有效方法.%　　Objective  To study the clinical effect of Deanxit in treatment of post stroke depression therapeutic effects and adverse reactions in the clinical application, analysis of the matters needing attention, incompatibility, side effects of medication, as Deanxit in treatment of depression and provide theoretical basis for the rational use of drugs. Methods  In our hospital during 2008 to 2011 in patients with post stroke depression as the research object, provided a treatment group and a control group were analyzed, by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score, were assessed, and recorded adverse reaction. Results The clinical effect, two groups of HAMD were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than that of control group. Conclusion  The effect of Deanxit in the treatment of post stroke depression is more effective than amitriptyline, clinical on the rational use of drugs in the treatment of depression is effective method.
