目的探讨内科重症患者整体护理效果.方法选取我院于2009年3月至2012年3月收治的60例呼吸内科重症患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，对实验组30例实施恰当的整体护理，对照组30例实施常规护理，观察两组患者的病情变化情况.结果实验组患者病情好转、痊愈共25例，抢救患者5例，其中，成功4例，死亡1例；对照组患者病情好转、痊愈共19例，抢救患者11例，其中，成功5例，死亡6例.两组在患者治愈率、抢救成功率以及病死率等方面有差异，具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论正确、整体护理方法对治愈呼吸内科重症患者有显著的效果，有助于提高患者生活质量，值得重视.% Objective To study the effect of internal medicine in severe cases holistic nursing care. Methods In our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012 were 60 cases of respiratory medicine in severe cases as the research object, the experimental group and control group were randomly divided into, the implementation of appropriate 30 cases of holistic nursing care, 30 cases in implementing conventional care, observe two sets of patients condition changes.
