血小板膜蛋白P2Y12受体的临床研究进展

摘要

通常在血管受到损伤后的整个止血过程中，血小板的活化起到非常重要的作用。血小板膜蛋白P2Y12受体存在于血小板的外膜，在血小板活化中有着关键的作用。研究血小板膜蛋白P2Y12受体与糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、缺血性卒中的相关性，对预防、诊断和治疗缺血性血管病有着重要的意义。%　　Platelet activation usually occurs when the blood vessels are injury. platelet activation plays an important role in the whole process of the hemostasis. Platelet membrane protein P2Y12 receptor plaques outside the membrane, which plays a key role in platelet activation. Platelet membrane P2Y12 receptor is associated with diabetes, hypertension, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, ischemic stroke prevention. Particularly,it has an important significance in diagnosis and treatment of ischemic vascular disease.
