股骨颈骨折人工关节置换术的高龄患者术后护理体会

摘要

目的 分析高龄患者行股骨颈骨折人工关节置换术后的护理方法，总结护理经验。方法选择于2010年3月至2011年9月在我院行股骨颈骨折人工关节置换术的高龄患者43例，针对高龄患者术后恢复缓慢、长期卧床、易出现并发症的特点，通过术后病情观察、饮食护理、预防并发症护理等有针对性的护理手段来加深患者对相关知识的了解，自觉配合治疗，加快病情恢复，护理人员记录患者病情恢复状况并总结护理体会。结果所有患者恢复状况良好，术后4个月对患者进行随访，发现所有患者的日常生活、行走能力和髋关节活动都较为满意，无一例患者发生假体松动、髋关节脱位等并发症。结论根据高龄患者术后恢复缓慢、长期卧床、易出现并发症的特点给予有针对性的护理和康复指导能够有效减少患者术后并发症的产生，保证患者的生活质量。%Objective To analyze the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture artificial joint replacement surgery care to summarize the nursing experience. Methods In March 2010 to 43 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures in our hospital in September 2011 arthroplasty for elderly patients with postoperative recovery was slow , prolonged bed rest , prone to complications characterized by surgery after the observation condition, diet care , prevent complications care targeted nursing means to deepen knowledge about patients with the treatment of their own , to speed up the recovery of the disease , the nursing staff to record the recovery of the patient's condition and summarize the nursing experience . Results All patients recovered in good condition , after 4 monthsPatients were followed up for the daily life of all patients , the ability to walk , and hip activities are more satisfied , and no one in patients with prosthetic loosening , dislocation of the hip and other complications . Conclusion According to aged patients undergoing slow recovery , prolonged bed rest , prone to complications of the characteristics given targeted care and rehabilitation guidance to effectively reduce postoperative complications generation to ensure the quality of life of patients .
