婚检率与疾病检出情况的分析及探讨

摘要

目的分析广州市番禺区2008年至2012年婚检资料，并对婚检率与疾病检出情况进行探讨，加大婚前检查宣传力度，为进一步的婚前检查工作做好铺垫，提高婚检率，从而降低围生儿的畸形率。方法对番禺区2008年至2012年进行婚前检查的结果进行统计分析。结果自从广州市政府2007年4月1日开始把婚检列入公共卫生服务体系，实行免费婚检以来，番禺区婚检率有逐年上升趋势，从2008年婚检率在22.81%，到2012年婚检率达到了54.53%。几类疾病的检出率情况均有规律性，从2008年到2012年以来生殖系统疾病检出率有所下降，而指定传染病人数有所增高，其余系统疾病基于平稳。围生儿发生畸形情况有轻微增高趋势。结论把婚检列入公共卫生服务体系，免费进行婚检以来婚检率虽然有所提高，但是还不够理想，还要采取有效的措施，加强婚前检查工作，进一步提高婚检率，降低围生儿的畸形率。%Objective To analyze the antemarital examination data of Guangzhou city Panyu District in 2008-2012 years, and the rate of premarital medical examination were discussed and disease prevalence of premarital examination, increase the propaganda dynamics, paving the way for the premarital examination work further, increase checkups, so as to reduce deformity rate of perinatal infants. Methods Statistical analysis was done on the Panyu District 2008-2012 years of premarital examination results. Results Since the Guangzhou City Hall in April 1, 2007 began to premarital examination included in the public health service system, since the introduction of free premarital check-ups rate, Panyu District has a rising trend year by year, the total rate of premarital medical examination in 22.81%from 2008 to 2012, the total check-ups rate reached 54.53%. Several kinds of diseases were found have regularity, from 2008 to 2012 since the reproductive system disease detection rate declined, and the speciifed number of infectious patients increased, the rest of the system based on stable disease. Perinatal malformation is slightly increasing trend. Conclusion The pre-marital examination included in the public health service system, free checkups since the premarital examination rate has increased, but not ideal, must take effective measures, strengthen the premarital examination work, further improve the premarital examination rate, reduce deformity rate of perinatal infants.
