门诊药房电子处方的应用分析

摘要

Objective To analysis the advantage of the electronic prescription in clinic application and existing problems, improving the quality of the electronic prescriptions, promoting rational clinical drug use. Methods 5896 electronic prescriptions in our hospital were randomly selected in 2012 June to 2012 December review and statistical analysis. Results The average cost of prescription drugs for a total of 2.18, the average cost of the prescriptions for the amount of 85.36 yuan, the usage rate of antimicrobial agents was 18%, the national essential drug for prescription was 57.44%, the generic names of the pharmaceuticals utilization rate was 100%, qualiifed prescription number was 5365, accounting for 91% of the total number of prescriptions. Unreasonable electronic prescription number was 531, accounting for 9% of the total number of prescriptions. The problems are not standardized and inappropriate medication prescription. Conclusions The application of electronic prescription to improve the efifciency of the hospital, but there are also a lot of problems, hope that the hospital can continue to improve and perfect the outpatient electronic prescription system.%　　目的 分析电子处方在门诊应用中的优点和存在的问题，提高电子处方的质量，促进临床合理用药。方法 随机抽取我院2012年6月至2012年12月的5896张电子处方进行审核和统计分析。结果 平均每张处方用药品种总数为2.18种，平均每张处方金额为85.36元，抗菌药物使用率为18%，国家基本药物占处方用药的57.44%，药品通用名称使用率100%，合格处方数是5365张，占处方总数的91%。不合理电子处方数是531张，占处方总数的9%。问题主要是处方不规范和用药不适宜两个方面。结论 电子处方的应用提高了医院的工作效率，但同时也存在很多的问题，希望医院能不断地改进和完善门诊电子处方系统。
