Objective To probe into the clinical value of perioperative nursing countermeasures for painless patients. Methods Selected 288 painless surgery patients in the maternity of our hospital. The patients were divided into study group and the control group randomly. There were 144 cases in each group. All the patients in two groups were carried out painless surgical treatment actively, and were gave general routine care intervention model. The patients in study group were gave perioperative nursing intervention model. The improved the situation and adverse events of patients with painless surgery were compared and analysis. Results Compared with control group, the patients in study group, the time of surgery and recovery from anesthesia were shorter significantly, the incidence for adverse events of abortion syndrome, respiratory depression, postoperative fear and postoperative pain were lower significantly, there were significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions The perioperative nursing intervention countermeasures for painless surgery patients has the significant adjuvant therapy for improving the clinical therapeutic effect and reducing the postoperative adverse reactions. It was suitable for further promotion and application.% 目的探讨围手术期护理对策在无痛人流患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取在我院妇产科进行无痛人流手术的患者288例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组144例。两组入选研究对象在积极开展无痛人流手术治疗的同时均给予一般常规护理干预模式，而研究组则在此基础上加用围手术期综合护理干预模式，并分别对两组无痛人流患者手术改善情况和不良反应发生情况进行比较和分析。结果与对照组患者相比，研究组患者的手术时间和麻醉苏醒时间均明显缩短，人流综合征、呼吸抑制、术后恐惧、术后疼痛等不良反应的发生比率均显著降低，差别均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论围手术期综合护理干预对策对于无痛人流手术临床治疗效果的提升，以及术后不良反应的减少均呈现出较为显著的辅助治疗意义，适于进一步的推广和应用。
