目的研究生长激素型垂体腺瘤患者术前接受索马杜林治疗的效果。方法回顾近两年来我院收治的23例生长激素型垂体腺瘤患者，在患者接受手术前依照药物说明书和文献推荐的方法给予索马杜林缓释凝胶皮下注射，接受治疗期间定期给予影像学和内分泌水平的检查，疗程结束后统计数据并分析。结果接受治疗23例患者中，13（56.5%）例患者血清GH水平及IGF-1水平可降至正常，15（65.2%）例患者肿瘤直径较治疗前缩小程度≥50%，9（56.3%）例患者视力较治疗前好转，6（75.0%）例患者头痛减轻或消失，4（80.0%）例关节疼痛减轻，7（43.8%）例鼾症或OSAS病情好转。结论对于合适的病例，术前给予一段时间的索马杜林治疗，可使肿瘤体积缩小，患者内分泌水平恢复正常，并有可能因此降低手术困难和风险，减少围手术期并发症发生率。% Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of pre-operative treatment with Somatulin Autogel among patients with growth hormone producing pituitary adenomas. Methods All patients with GH adenomas admitted in our center during the last two years were retrospectively analyzed. Somatulin Autogel was deep subcutaneously injected with a recommended dose. During the treatment all cases received MR imaging and laboratory tests routinely. Result At the end of the research all data was collected and analyzed. Results GH and IGF-1 concentration decreased back to normal in most cases. Evident tumor shrinkage can be observed. Some patients gained relief of symptoms. Conclusion As to well-chosen cases, pre-operative administration of somatulin can minimize the tumor sizes, normalize the endocrine hormone levels, and consequently reduce the risk of the oncoming surgery and the prevalence of complications.
