锁骨钩板固定术治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效及并发症分析

摘要

Objective Analysis the curative effect and complication of acromioclavicular joint dislocation cured by atorvastatin joint shenmai injection. Methods 60 shoulder lock joint dislocation patients are divided into the observation group and the control group, each group is cured by atorvastatin joint shenmai injection and the acromioclavicular joint g's needle companion respectively, then compare the curative effect and complication of two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group is 96.7%,while the rate of the control group is 76.7%; the complication rate of the observation group is 3.3%; while the rate of the control group is 13.4%; the overall operation effect of the observation group is more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of acromioclavicular joint dislocation cured by atorvastatin joint shenmai injection is significant, and the complication rates is low, operation should strictly in accordance with the procedure, in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of complications.%　　目的分析锁骨钩板固定术治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效及并发症情况。方法将60例肩锁关节脱位患者分为观察组与对照组，分别采用锁骨钩板固定术和肩锁关节克氏针固定术治疗，比较两组基本手术效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组总优良率为96.7%，对照组为76.7%；观察组并发症发生率为3.3%；对照组为13.4%；观察组整体手术效果更显著（P ＜0.05）。结论锁骨钩板固定术在治疗肩锁关节脱位中整体疗效显著，并发症发生率低，术中严格按步骤操作，以减少和避免并发症的发生。
