“L”形切口与传统切口在舌下腺囊肿切除术中的对比分析

摘要

Objective To discussion the improved operative method of sublingual gland cyst resection. Methods Separate randomly the patients of sublingual gland cyst in our hospital to two groups: test group and control group, test group operation method was modified and the curved incision was turned to “L” incision.The dissection of submandibular gland duct started from its opening.The control group Used the traditional operative method.Record the operative times and the complications of Test group and control group. Statistical analysis of the data. Results The operative times of test group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05). Complications: the incidence of bleeding after operation, impairment of submandibular gland duct etc between two groups are no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion This modified operation procedure of sublingual gland resection leads to the easier and safer. It can be widely applied in our clinical work.%　　目的探讨舌下腺囊肿切除术手术方式的改进。方法把来我院就诊的舌下腺囊肿患者50例随机分为两组，既试验组和对照组，试验组手术切口进行改进，将弧形切口改为“L”形，从颌下腺导管开口处解剖颌下腺导管，对照组采用传统手术方法。记录试验组和对照组的手术时间及并发症，对资料进行统计学分析。结果试验组手术时间明显少于对照组（P ＜0.05）。并发症：术后出血及颌下腺导管损伤等的发生率差异不显著（P ＞0.05）。结论舌下腺手术方式的改进使手术更易操作和安全，值得在临床上推广。
