EP、GP方案加同步放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘要

目的比较 EP、GP 方案联合同步放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法129例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组：EP 方案加同步化放疗65例，GP 方案加同步化放疗64例。放疗均采用三维适形常规分割照射。结果 GP 化放组和 EP 化放组相比，完全缓解率和有效率明显较高（P<0.05）。两组主要不良反应无明显差异，无治疗相关死亡发生。结论 EP、GP 方案联合同步放疗均可用于局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的一线综合治疗，GP 方案可能略优于 EP 方案。%　　Objective To observe the effect and the clinical toxicity between EP, GP regimen combined with concurrent radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods 129 patients were randomly assigned into two groups. EP group:EP regimen with concurrent radiotherapy for 65 cases. GP group:GP regimen with concurrent radiotherapy for 64 cases. Radiotherapy is 3DCRT standard fractionation. Results The response rate and complete response rate are higher in GP group compared to EP group. The major side effects are similar between groups. There is no death related to treatment. Conclusion EP, GP regimen with concurrent radiotherapy could become the original regimen in locally advanced NSCLC, and GP regimen with concurrent radiotherapy may have better response than EP regimen with concurrent radiotherapy.
