骨科一类手术切口目标监测意义

摘要

Objective To explore the function of the target monitoring in decreasing the infection of class one operative incision about orthopedics. Methods We monitored the class one operation of orthopedics in our hospital from 2011.8.1 to 2012.7.31 including 349 patients, analyzed the character of infection, and framed the proper measures to control infection, decreased the infection of the operative site. Results There were 349 patients monitored,4 patients infected, infection rate was 1.15%,the main pathogenic bacteria included Escherichia coli 50%, Acinetobacter baumannii (multidrug resistant) 25%, Klebsiella pneumoniae(creat ESBL) 25%. Conclusions Through the target monitoring, we cloud take the infection control measures in advance to decrease the incidence rate of the high infection rate operation.%　　目的探讨目标监测对降低骨科一类手术部位感染的意义。方法通过对我院从2011年8月1日至2012年7月31日进行的349例骨科一类手术切口进行了目标监测，来分析感染的临床特点并制定合适的感控措施来降低手术部位感染的发生。结果共监测手术患者349例，发生手术部位感染4例，感染率1.15%。感染的主要病原菌依次为大肠埃希菌（50%），多重耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌（25%），产ESBL 的肺炎克雷伯（25%）。结论对感染率高的手术通过目标监测，提前采取相应的感控措施，降低感染的发生。
