目的探讨腹腔镜下施行胆囊切除手术的有效护理配合措施，为临床治疗提供强有力支持。方法对2011年9月至2012年10月期间接受住院治疗的120例患者施行腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术并给予全面护理配合，手术护理配合包括术前护理、手术室护理、术后护理三个部分，其中手术室护理配合工作是最重要的。结果120例患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗，有2例切口感染，占总人数1.67%；1例肺部感染，占总数0.83%；3例中转开腹切除胆囊，占总数2.5%；1例再次缝合止血，占总数0.83%；2例腹壁戳孔出血，占总数1.67%。在采取对症处理措施之后，患者以上症状消失，切口获得良好愈合。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤小、切口细微、经济性高、疗效准确等优势，给予手术严密护理配合就可以获得理想治疗效果，应该在临床上积极推广使用。% Objective To study the laparoscopic resection of gallbladder with effective nursing measures, for clinical treatment can provide strong support.
