目的医院感染控制过程中对护理管理效果的研究分析。方法2010年我院通过加强护理管理措施控制医院感染，并与2009年的环境卫生监测记录及医院的感染率进行对比，通过两组对比方式分析护理管理在控制医院感染中的效果。结果通过加强护理管理措施2010年空气指标合格率为95.71%，2009年空气指标合格率为91.86%，加强护理管理以后2010年的空气指标合格率明显高于2009年的空气指标合格率。2010年医院患者感染率为2.39%，2009年医院感染率4.28%，通过两组对比2010年医院患者感染率明显下降。结论通过对护理人员的严格培训，加强医院环境的护理管理，能够有效地控制医院感染。%Objective To study the effect of nursing management in hospital infection control. Methods In our hospital in 2010 by strengthening the nursing management in hospital infection control, and in 2009 the environmental health monitoring records and the hospital infection rate were compared, analysis of nursing management in hospital infection control in effect by two contrast method. Results By strengthening the nursing management measures in 2010 air indicators qualified rate is 95.71%, the 2009 air quality qualified rate is 91.86%, strengthening nursing management after the air index of Air Index 2010 pass rate was significantly higher than that of 2009 pass rate. In 2010 the hospital infection rate was 2.39%, in 2009 the hospital infection rate was 4.28%, the rate decreased significantly in patients of two groups of hospital infection in 2010. Conclusion Tthrough the strict training for nursing staff, strengthening the management of hospital environment, can effectively control hospital infection.
