目的介绍和探讨调强放射治疗的胶片剂量验证方法，建立调强放射治疗的剂量验证体系。方法通过体模移植的方法分别用电离室在水模体中测量IMRT治疗计划某点的绝对剂量，利用胶片验证比较TPS输出剂量图与实际爆出的剂量图进行比较分析逆向计划系统剂量计算的准确性。结果所有患者的调强计划验证结果中等中心点剂量误差均在4%以内；相对剂量的验证以剂量偏差3%和3 mm距离偏差为控制标准，通过率均在90%以上。结论调强计划胶片剂量验证方法可以保证调强放疗计划的安全执行。%Objective to introduce and discuss the IMRT dose verification method of film, establishment of IMRT dose verification system. Methods the phantom transplantation methods respectively by the ionization chamber in a water phantom for measuring IMRT treatment plan for absolute dose at a certain point, using film was validated by comparing the TPS output dose map and actual burst dose map comparative analysis of inverse planning system the accuracy of dose calculation. Results all patients with IMRT plan to validate the results of secondary center point dose errors are less than 4%;relative dose verification with a dose of deviation between 3%and 3 mm distance deviation control standard, passing in 90%. Conclusion IMRT plan film dosimetry verification method can guarantee the safe implementation of intensity-modulated radiotherapy planning.
