辛伐他汀辅助治疗糖尿病并慢性心力衰竭的效果观察

摘要

目的探讨辛伐他汀辅助治疗糖尿病并慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取我院自2010年2月至2011年2月所收治的糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者94例为研究对象，按照随机抽取的方式将其划分为治疗组与对照组，每组患者各计47例。治疗组患者在给予常规DM-2治疗的基础之上，选取辛伐他丁药物进行辅助慢性心力衰竭病症的治疗。对照组患者给予常规DM-2治疗。针对两组患者在3个月治疗后所表现出的治疗有效性（治疗有效性的评定指标选取血清总胆固醇，血清三酰甘油，左室射血分数以及C反应蛋白），治疗过程中的并发症发生率，治疗后期随访1年时间内所表现出的病死率指标进行详细分析与比较。结果治疗期间两组均未见明显药物副反应，两组TC，TG，LVEF和C-RP均有显著性改善（均P＜0.01）。治疗后观察组TC，TG和C-RP均显著低于对照组（均P＜0.01），LVEF显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。随访1年时间内，观察组患者病死率明显低于对照组患者病死率，两组数据组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论辛伐他汀对于2型糖尿病和慢性心力衰竭均有较好的辅助治疗效果，可以在更好控制2型糖尿病血流动力学紊乱的基础上，更加有效的改善慢性心力衰竭病情，值得临床考虑。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of adjuvant therapy of simvastatin used for diabetes mellitus combined with chronic heart failure. Methods 94 cases of diabetes mellitus of type-2 combined with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observational group and control group .The same therapy of diabetes mellitus of type-2 were given two groups, and routine therapy of chronic heart failure were given two groups, experimental group were added with simvastatin. Results There was no obvious side-reactions during therapy time, TC,TG,LVEF and C-RP of two groups changed significantly better (all P<0.01). After therapy, TC,TG and C-RP significantly lower than control group(all P<0.01), and LVEF were significantly higher than control group (P<0.01). Followed for 1 year period, the mortality rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group mortality difference between the two sets of data groups significantly (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Simvastatin own good adjuvant effect for both diabetes mellitus of type-2 and chronic heart failure, it can be the base of better controlling of hemodynamics of diabetes mellitus of type-2, to improve the disease of chronic heart failure, so it deserved in clinical work.
