目的 探讨长期透析导管在血液净化中使用和并发症处理的经验。方法总结2006年11月至2011年11月本科室应用带涤纶环的双腔留置长期透析导管患者35例,3例患者两次置管,其中颈内静脉置管33例次,右侧股静脉置管2例次。结果长期透析导管留置时使用导丝直接进管比使用撕脱鞘出血明显减少；股静脉留置长期导管易发生血栓形成,使用时间短。长期导管常见并发症为血栓形成和感染。结论对长期透析且无内瘘手术条件的患者,带涤纶环双腔长期透析导管是一种安全的血管通路。%Objective It aims to discuss the experience of application of long-term dialysis catheter in hemodialysis and disposal of its complication. Method 35 cases of semi-permanent double channel catheters for long-term blood access of hemodialysis patients were observed from November 2006 to November 2011 in our department, including 33 cases of internal jugular venous catheterizations and 2 cases of femoral venous catheterizations. Results Compared with avulsion lemma, direct wire-guide technique reduces bleeding in long-term hemodialysis catheterization; thrombopoiesis happens easily for long-term catheterization in femoral venous and the life time of the catheter is short. Common complication and infection of long-term catheterization is thrombopoiesis. Conclusion For long-term hemodialysis patients without internal fistula operation condition, long-term double channel dialysis catheter with polyster circle is a safe vessel access.
