影响慢性乙型病毒性重型肝炎预后因素的分析--附120例临床病例分析

摘要

Objective To analyze factors affecting the prognosis of chronic severe hepatitis B cases. Methods There 120 patients with severe hepatitis B were seleceted and divided into lmproved group and death group . The factors affecting the prognosis including age, sex, levels of serum total bilirubin(TBil) , the first time HBV DNA,prothombin a ctivity(PTA), albumin(ALB), nutrition and complications were analyzed. Results The prognosis of chronic severe hepatitis B was conelated with age, sex, levels of TBil, PTA, ALB, HBV DNA nutrition and complications. Conclusion The age, sex levels of TBil, PTA, ALB, HBV DNA, nutrition and complications are important factors affecting of hepatitis B cases.%目的：探讨影响慢性乙型病毒性重型肝炎预后因素。方法将120例慢性乙型病毒性重型肝炎病例分成好转组和死亡组。对两组患者的年龄、性别、初次乙型肝炎病毒载量（HBVDNA）、血清总胆红素、凝血酶原时间、血清白蛋白、营养状况及并发症与预后的关系进行对比分析。结果慢性乙型病毒性重型肝炎与患者的年龄、性别、初次乙型肝炎病毒载量（HBVDNA）、血清总胆红素、凝血酶原时间、血清白蛋白、营养状况及并发症有关。结论年龄、性别、初次乙型肝炎病毒载量（HBVDNA）、血清总胆红素、凝血酶原时间、血清白蛋白、营养状况及并发症是影响慢性乙型病毒性重型肝炎重要因素，对指导临床有一定价值。
