高寒、高海拔地区肺水肿的影像表现及诊断价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of clinical manifestations and diagnostic analysis of cold, high altitude pulmonary edema, offer the reliable reference data for clinical diagnosis. Methods The author in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Tibet during the Seda people's hospital, the hospital from July 2012 to November 2013 were cold, high sea area in patients with pulmonary edema in 72 cases, routine X-ray examination, all patients with CT scanning and pulmonary lesions were dynamic observation; analysis of the X-ray examination and CT scan characteristics, and to explore the diagnostic value. Results The routine X-ray examination, found 35 cases of patients with pulmonary changes obviously, lesions in 37 patients were not found to change significantly; CT scan, all were edema, and pulmonary interstitial abnormalities. Conclusion Pulmonary interstitial abnormality is cold, high altitude pulmonary edema in the early stage lung disease manifestation, imaging diagnosis and diagnosis of the reliable. X-ray examination can be used as the preferred examination; chest CT scan can make early diagnosis of and as a complement to check the important means.%目的：探讨分析高寒、高海拔地区肺水肿的临床影像表现及诊断价值，为临床诊断提供可靠的参考数据。方法选取作者在甘孜藏族自治州色达县人民医院援藏期间，对该院2012年7月至2013年11月收治的高寒、高海波地区肺水肿患者72例，对所有患者进行常规X 线检查、CT 扫描并对肺部病变进行动态观察；分析其 X 线检查及 CT 扫描特点，并探讨其诊断价值。结果常规 X 线检查，发现35例患者肺部均有明显改变，37例患者肺部未发现明显改变；CT 扫描，所有患者均存在水肿，且以肺间质异常为主。结论肺间质异常为高寒、高海拔地区肺水肿早期肺部病变表现，影像检查是对其进行确诊的简捷可靠的诊断手段。X 线检查可作为首选检查，胸部 CT 检查可对其做出早期诊断并作为重要的补充检查手段。
