细节化护理干预在普外科护理中的应用分析

摘要

Objective Implementation detail the inlfuence of nursing intervention on general surgery.Methods This paper analyzes the general surgery in 2012 patients with nursing quality, and the detail nursing measures according to its reasons, in 2013, with reference to the execution of the plan, and will be in 2012 and 2013 to compare the quality of care provided. Results The nursing quality has greatly improved in 2013 than in 2012, 4% increase in the quality of care, and nursing defects also had signiifcantly lower scores. No postoperative complications caused by the nursing quality closes nevertheless, the quality of nursing and patients and their families also have more conifdence.Conclusion Improve the quality of nursing details has a great inlfuence on the overall quality of care, not only can improve the satisfaction of the patient and family, also can enhance the nursing service integrity, thus make it easier for treatment and for illness.%目的：实施细节化护理干预对普外科护理的影响。方法本文分析了在2012年普通外科患者护理质量的原因，并根据其原因采取细节化护理措施，在2013年，参照制定的执行计划，并将2012年和2013年的护理质量进行比较。结果护理质量在2013年比2012年有很大提高，护理质量增加了4%，而护理缺陷分数也有了明显下降。没有出现因护理质量不过关而导致术后并发症的情况，而患者和家属对护理质量也更加有信心。结论提高护理细节方面的质量对护理的整体质量有很大影响，不仅可以提高患者和家属的满意度，还能够增强护理服务诚信度，从而使治疗和养病更容易实施。
