Objective This study is mainly on the clinical condition of patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension expanded discussed. Methods Two groups of patients with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels , uric acid (UA) levels, total cholesterol (TC) levels , triglycerides (TG) levels and the patient's hip , hip, waist, neck circumference, body mass index, weight and height were compared to the observed correlation between the group of patients with hypertension between these indicators and analysis . Results The two groups of patients as well as biochemical markers generally obvious difference was statistically significant, positive correlation betweenΡ<0.05, hypertension grading and biochemical parameters of patients in the observation group and the general situation (P<0.05). Conclusions In patients with type 2 diabetes during clinical treatment, early detection and early treatment, in order to improve the patient's prognosis .%目的：本研究主要对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床情况展开分析讨论。方法对两组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量（HDL-C）水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平、血尿酸（UA）水平、总胆固醇（TC）水平、三酰甘油（TG）水平以及患者的腰臀、臀围、腰围、颈围、体质量指数、体质量以及身高进行比较，对观察组患者的上述指标与高血压之间的相关性进行分析。结果两组患者的生化指标以及一般情况存在明显差异，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05，观察组患者的高血压分级与生化指标以及一般情况之间呈正相关（P<0.05）。结论在对2型糖尿病患者进行临床治疗时，早发现、早治疗，以便于改善患者的预后情况。
