2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床多因素分析

摘要

Objective:To explore effects of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hy-pertension on patients, so as to improve the clinical understanding of T2DM with hypertension. Methods:The general and blood bio-chemical indicators in 35 diabetes mellitus patients with normal blood pressure and 67 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension were detected, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in fasting plasma glucose, but there were significantly statistical differences in 2h postprandial blood glucose, fasting insulin, 2h postprandial in-sulin, total cholesterol, triglyceride index (P<0. 05). Conclusions: There is a link between type 2 diabetes and hypertension. There-fore, it should be fully considered in the treatment and synchronous treatment effect may be better.%目的：探讨单纯2型糖尿病(T2DM)及2型糖尿病合并高血压对患者的临床影响，提高对 T2DM 合并高血压的临床认识。方法：对35例血压正常的糖尿病患者和67例合并高血压的糖尿病患者的一般情况和血生化指标检测，并对结果进行对比、分析。结果：两组病例空腹血糖无明显差异，但餐后2h 血糖、空腹胰岛素、餐后2h 胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯指标的差异具有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05)。结论：2型糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症存在某种联系，治疗时要充分考虑，同步治疗效果可能更佳。
