手术室护士岗前培训模式研究

摘要

Objective To renew the pre-post training contents for the professinal nurse of the operating room, and to establish the new pre-post training model. Methods Set up first aid skills training team. Training methods included theory classes for basic first aid, theory classes for professional first aid, emergency procedures training, first aid skills training and comprehensive first aid ability training. Formulate the list of project details, assess and evaluate monthly. Results the theoretical knowledge, first aid knowledge, first aid skills and comprehensive first aid ability were much better than before. And there were statistical differences (P<0.01). Conclusions Pre-post training for operating room professional nurses can strengthen first aid awareness, skills and comprehensive ability.%目的：完善手术室护士岗前培训的相关内容，建立新岗前培训模式。方法建立急救能力培训组，通过急救基础理论知识培训，急救专科理论知识培训，急救流程培训，急救操作技能培训。规定急救考核细则，每项每月进行考核与评价。结果基础理论知识，急救理论知识，技作技能急救综合能力均有很大的提升。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论加强手术室护士岗前培训，可以增强急救意识及操作能力，提高急救综合能力。
