Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis in treatment of limbfracture patients. Methods 130 cases of limbs fracture patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group treated with the traditional internal fixation and the experimental group with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis. Compare the clinical efficacy of 2 groups of patients. Results The excellent rate of control group and experimental group were 70.77%and 92.31%, which was significantly different (P<0.05). The index of experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion If minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis should be adopted as the treatment of limb fracture, there would be better surgical effect and higher functional recovery rate and clinical value.%目的：探讨微创接骨板技术治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的130例四肢骨折患者，随机分为对照组和实验组2组，对照组采用传统内固定术进行治疗，实验组采用微创接骨板治疗，比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组优良率为70.77%，实验组优良率为92.31%，两组数据比较，差异较大，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），实验组患者术中平均出血量、手术时间、锻炼时间及住院时间均短于对照组患者，两两数据比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论微创接骨板技术治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效较好，功能恢复率良好，值得临床进一步推广应用。
