目的：探讨奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾联合阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月至2013年5月间收治的108例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，按照随机对照原则将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各54例，观察组患者给予奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾联合阿莫西林治疗，对照组患者给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗，对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效进行评价。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.4%，显著高于对照组患者的77.8%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论采用奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾联合阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效确切，值得临床进一步推广使用。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole, colloidal bismuth subcitrate combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods 108 cases of peptic ulcer in our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 May were selected as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases in each group, cases in observation group were treated by omeprazole, colloidal bismuth subcitrate combined with amoxicillin, cases in control group were treated by omeprazole, amoxicillin, combined with clarithromycin, evaluated the clinical effect after treatment. Results The total effective rate of cases in the observation group was 94.4%, significantly higher thanthat in control group (77.8%), there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Serious adverse reactions were not found during treatment in two groups. Conclusion Taking omeprazole, colloidal bismuth subcitrate combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of peptic ulcer has good clinical effect, worthy of further clinical application.
