肠内营养对高龄患者C反应蛋白、血清蛋白及血脂的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition(EN) on C reaction protein(CRP),liver function and nutrition status of advanced age patients. Methods To Choose 50 advanced age patients who suffering dystrophia or difficulty in feeding, give enteral nutrition therapy treatment, and levels of prealbumin, total protein, albumin, C-reaction protein, cholesterol, TG, hemoglobin, absolute lymphocyte count were measured before the treatment and 7days after ENT. Results CRP was notably reduced after EN support(9.82±10.65)mg/L vs (7.81±6.68)mg/L(P>0.05), prealbumin, total protein, albumin increased after EN support(P<0.001,respectively).NO statistically significant difference was found in triglyceride,total cholesterol between the pre-EN level and post-EN level. Conclusion For patient with dystrophia or difficulty in feeding, enteral nutrition can improve the level of prealbumin, total protein, albumin and the nutrition status of these patient, reduce the level of CRP, meanwhile it does not increase the level of blood lipid.%目的：观察肠内营养剂（安素）对高龄营养障碍患者炎性因子 C 反应蛋白、血清蛋白及营养状况的影响。方法选取重庆医科大学附属第一医院老年科高龄长期卧床并伴有营养不良或进食困难患者50例，在原有饮食基础上，加肠内营养剂，对比肠内营养剂使用前及用后30 d 血清前白蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清胆固醇、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、淋巴细胞计数等指标水平，从而评价使用肠内营养剂安素前后患者炎性因子 C 反应蛋白、血清蛋白及营养状况的变化。结果使用安素前后炎性因子 C 反应蛋白分别为（9.82±10.65）mg/L 和（7.81±6.68）mg/L，P ＞0.05；使用安素前后血清前白蛋白、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白水平分别为（177.83±62.37）mg/L 和（210.48±64.81）mg/L；（61.31±5.69）g/L 和（64.69±5.08）g/L；（32.75±4.66）g/L 和（35.67±4.82）mg/L，P 均＜0.001；三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平分别为（1.25±0.67）和（1.31±0.91）；（4.21±1.46）和（3.95±1.34），P 均＞0.05。结论对于高龄伴有营养障碍的患者使用安素能降低炎性反应，明显提高患者蛋白水平，同时对血脂水平无影响。
