经结膜入路释放并保留眶隔脂肪眼袋整形的效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of treating fat blepharoplasty with transconjunctival approach and keep orbital septum. Methods Choosed 72 cases of eye bag patients to divide into study group and controlled group with 36 cases of each group. The study group were treated with transconjunctival approach and keep orbital septum, and controlled group were treated with orbital fat removal and support ifxation. Compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The effect and incision recover of study group was better than controlled group (P<0.05). Conclusion Treating fat blepharoplasty with transconjunctival approach and keep orbital septum can reserve pouch with better effect and avoid orbital septum sunken.%目的：探讨经结膜入路释放并且保留眶隔脂肪整形术的具体效果。方法随机将72例眼袋突出者分组：眼睑整形组（36例）、释放整形组（36例），对眼睑整形组患者所用的整形术为：眶脂去除+支撑固定术。对释放整形组患者所用的整形术为：经结膜入路进行脂肪释放并对眶隔脂肪予以保留类的整形术。之后，比较眼睑整形组患者和释放整形组患者的整形成效。结果释放整形组患者的整形成效、切口恢复情况比眼睑整形组的患者好，P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论经结膜入路释放并且对眶隔脂肪予以保留的眼袋整形术所体现的整形成效更好，能使眼袋突出者的症状得到很好地改善、恢复，可避免由于去除脂肪后造成的远期眶隔凹陷的可能。
