依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效评价

摘要

Objective To observe curative effect of edaravone to treat acute cerebral infarction. Methods The cases of 83 pations were randomdly divided in two groups. The treatment group of 45 cases use edaravone. the contral is treatment 38 cases use xue saitong. After 14 days of treatment, to give neural function defect score and the level of reduce to evaluation of clinical curative effect. Results The treatment group neurologic impairment score decreased signiifcantly, the clinical efifcacy was signiifcantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone is a effective and save drugs to treat aucte cerebral infartion.%目的：观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将急性脑梗死患者83例随机分为依达拉奉治疗组45例和注射用血塞通对照组38例，治疗14 d后，以神经功能缺损程度评分，减低程度评定临床疗效。结果治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分显著下降，临床疗效显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论依达拉奉是治疗急性脑梗死有效而安全的药物。
