皮肤鳞状细胞癌的临床诊治体会（附13例报道）

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate the cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma clinical manifestations, pathology and diagnosis and treatment.MethodsOur hospital June 1996 - June 2015 has cancer complete clinical data and clear pathological diagnosis of 13 cases of squamous cell skin as an object of study, analysis of clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of pathological conditions.ResultsThe histopathological examination confirmed 13 cases of squamous cell carcinoma patients were skin. Two cases gave up treatment, two cases of high-frequency electric ion treatment, nine cases of surgical treatment. No patients were lost in l, l cases of death due to bleeding. The remaining 11 cases were followed up for 1 month to 16 annual alive, without metastasis.ConclusionsSquamous cell carcinoma is a malignant tumor, early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment is the key to improving survival.%目的：探讨皮肤鳞状细胞癌的临床表现，组织病理及诊治体会。方法选取我院1996年6月至2015年6月具有完整临床资料和明确病理诊断的皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者13例作为研究对象，分析患者临床表现，组织病理及诊治情况。结果经组织病理检查证实，13例患者均为皮肤鳞癌。2例放弃治疗，2例高频电离子治疗，9例手术治疗。未治疗患者中l例失访，l例因大出血死亡。其余11例治疗后随访1个月～16年均健在，无转移。结论鳞状细胞癌是一种恶性肿瘤，早期发现，早期诊断，早期治疗是提高生存率的关键。
