产房风险管理对产妇分娩质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of risk management of delivery room for the quality of delivery.Methods 100 cases received from our hospital were randomly divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases). The control group was given for routine nursing care, while observation group was given for the risk management. The time of delivery process, rate of dystocia and satisfaction were observed.Results The satisfaction of the two groups were 96% and 72%, time of delivery process were(4.12±0.56)h and(6.23±0.74)h, rates of dystocia were 16% and 34%, they were all significantly different(P<0.05) and risk events was also significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions Risk management can effectively reduce the time of delivery process and rate of dystocia, and improve maternal satisfaction, so it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨产房风险管理对产妇分娩质量的影响情况。方法选取我院从2012年12月至2013年12月收治的100例产妇，随机分为两组：对照组50例，采用常规护理方法；观察组在对照组的基础上加上风险管理。分娩后，比较两组产妇产程时间、难产率及满意度等。结果观察组和对照组产妇的满意度分别为96%和72%，产程时间分别为（4.12±0.56）h和（6.23±0.74）h，难产率分别为16%和34%，两组差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组风险事件发生分别为2例和14例，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论产房风险管理能够有效的降低妇产产程时间和难产率，提高产妇满意率，值得在临床推广应用。
