大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张68例临床分析

摘要

Objective To study the great saphenous vein high ligation joint lumen laser for the treatment of closed lower extremity varicose veins clinical effect.Methods Between January 2013 and May 2013 in our hospital between treatment of 68 patients with lower extremity varicose veins, were divided into treatment group and control group, 34 cases, adopt different treatment the curative effect comparison.Results Treatment group in 17 cases cured, 3 had no effect, the effective rate was 91.2%; the control group in 9 cases cured, 12 cases ineffective, effective rate was 64.7%. Two sets of results compared with signiifcant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The great saphenous vein high ligation joint lumen laser closed surgery is an effective in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limb, which were liable to occur during laser closed operation complications, worthy of clinical research.%目的：探讨大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年5月于我院治疗下肢静脉曲张患者68例，均分为治疗组和对照组，各34例，采用不同治疗方法对比各自疗效情况。结果治疗组中痊愈17例，无效3例，有效率为91.2%；对照组中痊愈9例，无效12例，有效率为64.7%。两组结果相比具有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术是一种有效治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床方案，激光闭合术操作过程中易出现并发症，值得临床深入研究。
