有效运用血栓弹力图在腹部创伤患者术后并发深静脉血栓预防中的应用价值

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the effective use of thromboelastography in patients after abdominal trauma complicated with deep in the prevention of venous thromboembolism in application value.MethodsFrom June 2012 to 2014 to December, 100 cases of abdominal trauma patients with clinical data for statistical analysis.ResultsIn the high risk group of patients with dry prognosis 3D R value was signiifcantly lower than before the intervention (P<0.05), 1 week, 2 weeks of R values were signiifcantly higher than before the intervention (P<0.05); dry prognosis 3D Ma value was signiifcantly higher than that before the intervention (P<0.05) and 1 week after the intervention, 2 weeks of Ma value intervention were signiifcantly lower than before (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective use of the thrombus in patients with abdominal trauma patients with deep venous thrombosis prevention has a high value.%目的：探讨有效运用血栓弹力图在腹部创伤患者术后并发深静脉血栓预防中的应用价值。方法对2012年6月至2014年12月收治的100例腹部创伤患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果高危组患者干预后3 d的R值显著低于干预前（P<0.05），1周、2周的R值均显著高于干预前（P<0.05）；干预后3 d的MA值显著高于干预前（P<0.05），干预后1周、2周的MA值均显著低于干预前（P<0.05）。结论有效运用血栓弹力图在腹部创伤患者术后并发深静脉血栓预防中具有较高的应用价值。
