慢性阻塞性肺疾病使用无创呼吸机患者中应用人性化护理的价值评述

摘要

Objective This paper analyzes the value of the application of the humanized nursing in the patients with the slow stop lung using noninvasive ventilator.Methods In our hospital from February 2013 to 2014 during February were chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using non invasive ventilator 86 patients with, by randomly divided into the control group (n = 43) and observation group (n = 43), given to the control group were treated by conventional nursing, the patients in the observation group were treated with humanistic nursing, satisfaction with nursing care of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group after receiving the humanized nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the observation group and the group was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) use noninvasive ventilator in the application of humanized nursing has significant effect, improve hypoxic condition of the patients, the patient survival rate is greatly improved, reduced the incidence of death, has the value of clinical application.%目的：本文通过慢性阻塞性肺疾病使用无创呼吸机患者应用人性化护理的价值进行分析探讨。方法选择我院自2013年2月至2014年2月期间收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病使用无创呼吸机患者86例，利用随机法将其平均分为对照组（n=43）和观察组（n=43），给予对照组患者采取常规护理，观察组患者采取人性化护理，将两组患者护理后的满意度进行对比。结果观察组患者接受人性化护理后其总满意度明显高于对照组，且组间差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病使用无创呼吸机患者应用人性化护理效果显著，改善患者的缺氧状况，使患者的生存率大大提高，降低了死亡发生率，具有临床应用价值。
