支气管动脉介入治疗与静脉化疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interventional therapy and intravenous chemotherapy in advanced lung cancer bronchial artery. Methods 129 cases of advanced lung cancer patients as the research object, according to the methods of treatment were divided into the study group and control group, 70 cases in the intervention group, chemotherapy group and 59 cases in the intervention group, bronchial artery interventional therapy, and chemotherapy group received systemic chemotherapy, the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The interventional treatment in patients with the total effective rate was 77.2%in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 37.2%, the intervention group was signiifcantly higher than the chemotherapy treatment group (P<0.05), there was signiifcant difference between group. Conclusion Bronchial artery interventional therapy and intravenous chemotherapy can be used for clinical treatment of lung cancer, the results of this study conifrm, bronchial artery interventional therapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer is more extensive, and can be popularized and applied.%目的：分析探讨支气管动脉介入治疗与静脉化疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取129例中晚期肺癌患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法将其分为研究组与对照组，介入组70例，化疗组59例。介入组行支气管动脉介入治疗，化疗组行全身静脉化疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果介入组患者治疗总有效率为77.2%，化疗组治疗总有效率为37.2%，介入组患者治疗效果明显高于化疗组（P<0.05），组间比较有统计学意义。结论支气管动脉介入治疗与静脉化疗均可用于肺癌临床治疗中，本次研究结果证实，支气管动脉介入治疗治疗中晚期肺癌更为广泛，可推广应用。
