双硫仑样反应的临床救治体会

摘要

Objective To explore the causes of induced disulifram like reaction and clinical treatment methods and curative effect. Methods Retrospective analysis of 48 cases diagnosed in our hospital emergency department from January 2010 to December 2013 years were for clinical data of patients with disulfiram like reaction. Results 48 cases of patients with emergency treatment actively and perfect nursing care, recovered well, and no death case. Conclusion Induced disulifram like reaction of drugs, alcohol or food containing ethanol conclusion in the application of cephalosporin drugs after the food, health education response in patients with related knowledge, patients during the use of cephalosporin drugs and treatment before and after the 10 d should avoid alcohol, avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.%目的：探讨双硫仑样反应的诱发原因以及临床救治方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析我院急诊科2010年1月至2013年12月期间收治的48例诊断为双硫仑样反应患者的临床资料。结果48例患者经积极的抢救治疗及完善的护理，均恢复良好，无死亡病例。结论在应用头孢菌素类等药物后饮酒或食用含乙醇的药物、食品时可诱发双硫仑样反应，应对患者进行相关知识的健康教育，患者在使用头孢菌素类等药物期间及治疗前后10 d内应避免饮酒，避免不良反应的发生。
