外周神经刺激器联合神经阻滞在单侧下肢手术中的应用

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the unilateral lower limb surgery patients with peripheral nerve stimulator auxiliary and combination of the anesthetic effect of nerve tissue.MethodsOctober 2013-Octcoer2014 of 47 cases of patients with unilateral lower limb surgery for anesthesia, the experimental group of 31 patients with peripheral nerve stimulator and nerve block anesthesia method, control group 16 patients with peripheral nerve stimulator of anesthesia, only compare the anesthesia effect.ResultsThe experimental group of anesthesia is 100%; the control anesthesia was 87.5%, signiifcant difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionUnilateral lower limb surgery patients with peripheral nerve stimulator and nerve block combined, can make blood lfow dynamics more smoothly, fewer complications, the anesthesia effect is remarkable, is worth to recommend.%目的：探究单侧下肢手术患者采用外周神经刺激器辅助和神经组织联合使用的麻醉效果。方法选取2013年10月至2014年10月收治的47例单侧下肢手术的患者进行麻醉，实验组31例患者采用外周神经刺激器和神经阻滞联合的麻醉方法，对照组16例患者仅采用外周神经刺激器的麻醉，对比麻醉效果。结果实验组麻醉优良率为100%；对照组麻醉优良率为87.5%，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论单侧下肢手术患者采用外周神经刺激器和神经阻滞的联合使用，能使血流动力更加平稳，并发症少，麻醉效果显著，值得推荐。
