急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性研究

     

摘要

目的:通过观察急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血脂及血清幽门螺杆菌(Hp-IgG)抗体、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的水平,探讨ACI患者血清HCY水平与Hp感染的相关性。方法以120例ACI患者为研究对象,检测血脂及血清Hp-IgG抗体、hs-CRP、HCY水平,血清Hp-IgG抗体检测采用胶体金法,血清HCY检测采用循环酶法,据血清Hp-IgG抗体结果分组后进行统计学对比分析。结果①ACI组Hp感染率(71.7%)显著高于对照组(44.3%)(χ2=14.009,P<0.05)。②Hp感染组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HCY和hs-CRP水平均显著高于Hp非感染组(t=5.601、3.235、4.336、4.261、3.318,P<0.05),血清HDL-C水平显著低于Hp非感染组(t=3.725, P<0.05)。③ACI组患者血清HCY水平与Hp感染具有显著相关性(r=0.3214、t=3.687,P<0.05)。结论 ACI患者血清HCY水平与Hp感染相关,Hp感染可能通过影响血脂代谢、炎性反应及HCY水平促进ACI发生发展,检测血清HCY水平及Hp-IgG抗体可判断病情及评价疗效,清除或预防Hp感染可能是防治ACI的策略之一。%ObjectiveBy observing the blood lipid in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and serum helicobacter pylori (Hp)-IgG antibody and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and homocysteine (HCY) levels, ACI patients serum HCY levels and the correlation of Hp infection.MethodsIn 120 ACI patients as the research object, blood lipid and serum Hp-IgG antibody and hs-CRP and HCY levels, serum Hp-IgG antibody detection by colloidal gold method, serum HCY detection using enzymatic, according to the serum Hp-IgG antibody results after the grouping for statistical analysis.ResultsACI group Hp infection rate(71.7%) is signiifcantly higher than control group(44.3%) (χ2= 14.009, P<0.05). Hp infection group, serum TC, TG and LDL-C and HCY and hs-CRP levels were signiifcantly higher than the Hp infection group (t=5.601, 3.235, 4.336, 3.235, 4.336,P<0.05), serum HDL-C were signiifcantly lower than the Hp infection group(t=3.725,P<0.05). ACI patients serum HCY level was significantly associated with Hp infection(r=0.3214,t=3.687, P<0.05).ConclusionsACI patients serum HCY levels associated with Hp infection, Hp infection may be affected by lipid metabolism, inflammatory reaction and HCY levels to promote development of ACI, detection of serum HCY levels and Hp-IgG antibody can judge condition and evaluation of curative effect, remove or prevention of Hp infection may be one strategy for the prevention and control of ACI.
