目的：分析和研究优质护理在颅脑外伤患者中应用效果。方法我们选取2011年4月至2013年6月颅脑外伤患者142例，将其按数字随机表法分为对照组71例（给予常规护理）与观察组71例（在常规护理基础上加用优质护理干预），将两组患者护理效果进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗结束后的生活质量、生活能力评分均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。观察组患者对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。观察组患者住院治疗时间、病情控制时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论将优质护理应用于颅脑外伤患者治疗中，能够有效降低并发症发生概率，缩短患者住院治疗时间，对提高患者生活能力及生活质量均有重要意义。%ObjectiveTo analysis and research on the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma.MethodsWe selected in April 2011 - June 2013, 142 cases of patients with craniocerebral injury, the press numeric table randomly divided into control group, 71 cases (given routine care) and observation group 71 cases (on the basis of conventional nursing care plus with the high quality nursing intervention), comparing the effect of two groups of patient care.ResultsThe observation group of patients after the treatment of quality of life, the life ability score were signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance. Patients satisfaction of nursing work of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance. Observation group of patients hospitalized time, disease control time are shorter than the control group (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance.ConclusionThe quality of nursing was applied to treat patients with craniocerebral injury, can effectively reduce the complications, shorten patients hospitalized time, to improve the living ability and quality of life of patients is important.
