目的：探析采用银丹心脑通结合通心络治疗脑梗死患者对BNP水平所产生的影响。方法选择我院门诊诊治的64例脑梗死患者作为研究对象展开分析，平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组单纯采用通心络进行治疗，观察组患者联合银丹心脑通以及通心络进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后BNP水平的变化情况。结果组间比较上，两组患者治疗前BNP含量之间无明显差异，经治疗后BNP含量存在明显差异（P＜0.05）；组内比较上，两组患者治疗前后BNP含量的差异均比较明显（P＜0.05）。结论银丹心脑通结合通心络治疗脑梗死会显著降低患者的BNP水平，具有较大的应用前景，值得推广。%Objective To study the effect of Yindanxinnaotong combination of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction were produced on BNP level. Methods 64 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital as the research object to analyze, divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group is treated with Tongxinluo treatment, the patients in observation group joint Yindanxinnaotong and Tongxinluo treatment. Two groups were compared before and after treatment changes of BNP level.Results Comparison between groups, there was no signiifcant difference between the content of BNP in two groups before treatment, after treatment, BNP content exist signiifcant difference (P<0.05); within group comparison, the difference of BNP content of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were obviously, compared with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion Yindan through combination of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction can signiifcantly reduce BNP level in patients with satisfactory curative effect, which has wide application prospect, is worthy of promotion.
