剖宫产率上升的原因及降低剖宫产率的措施

摘要

目的：分析讨论剖宫产率上升的原因以及降低剖宫产率应采取的措施。方法选取2010年1月至2013年12月来院（天等县妇幼保健院）进行剖宫产的孕妇在住院期间剖宫产手术指征（胎儿窘迫、头盆不称、胎位异常、瘢痕子宫、羊水过少、妊娠合并症及并发症、社会因素等）资料进行分析。结果资料显示，我院的剖宫产率逐年上升，其中的手术指征有胎位异常、胎儿窘迫、羊水过少、头盆不称等。结论随着我国医疗技术的不断完善，剖宫产技术已经达到了一个很高的水平，同时剖宫产率的升高还由于手术指征的放宽和社会因素；为减低剖宫产率，我们应采取一系列措施，如提高医护人员医疗素质、加强优生优育的教育宣传、减少人为干预。%Objective To analyze the causes of increasing cesarean section rateand reduce the rate of cesarean section should take measures. Method From January 2010 to December 2013 school (Tiandeng Maternal and Child Health Hospital) cesarean section were in the hospital cesarean operation indications(fetal distress, cephalopelvic disproportion, abnormal fetal position, uterine scar, oligohydramnios, pregnancy complications, other) data analysis. Result The rate of cesarean section in our hospital increased year by year, the operation indication position changes, fetal distress, oligohydramnios, head basin asymmetry. Conclusion With the development of medical technology in our countryis ceaseless and perfect, cesarean section technology has reached a very high level, the rate of cesarean sectionincreased due to operation refers to the ease and social factors syndrome also; in order to reduce the rate of cesarean section, we should take a series of measures,such as improving the medical quality, strengthen theeugenics education, reduce the human intervention.
