心理干预在急危重患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨神志清楚的急危重患者的心理干预,增强患者的遵医行为,以提高治疗效果,尽早康复.方法 对来我院急诊科的56例神志清楚的急危重患者在抢救治疗的同时给予积极的心理干预.对比心理干预前后患者的心理、认知和行为变化,并评估效果.结果 对急危重患者实施疾病护理及心理干预后,稳定了患者情绪,患者遵医行为增强,积极配合治疗,治愈率提高.结论 对于神志清楚的急危重患者在积极治疗的同时给予心理干预,可使患者发挥最大主观能动性,提高治愈率,尽早康复.%Objective To investigate the psychological intervention in acute and severe patients and enhance the compliance behavior of patients, in order to improve the therapeutic effect and early rehabilitation.Methods 56 cases of acute and severe patients were given salvage treatment in our emergency department, at the same time, to give positive psychological intervention. To compare psychological, cognitive and behavioral in patients before and after psychological intervention, then evaluate the effect.Results To implement disease nursing and psychological intervention for conscious of acute and severe patients can stable patients with emotional, enhance the compliance behavior of patients, actively cooperate with the treatment, increase the cure rate.Conclusion For acute and severe patients with active treatment and psychological intervention at the same time can make the patient to maximize the subjective initiative, improve the cure rate and early rehabilitation.
