蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床观察分析

摘要

目的 观察蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗脑梗死的疗效.方法 脑梗死患者116例,分为观察组及对照组,观察组58例采用蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗,并统计分析观察组及对照组治疗效果差异.结果 观察组显效率为84.5％,有效率为10.3％,总有效率为94.8％,均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),未见任何不良反应.结论 蛭蛇通络胶囊对脑梗死功能恢复具有满意的疗效,可临床推广.%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhishetongluo Capsule on cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients of cerebral infarction were divided randomly into observation group (58 cases) and control group (58 cases). The observation group was treated with Zhishetongluo capsule. Furthermore, statistics was performed to compare the difference of curative effect between observation group and control group.Results In observation group, the remarkable effective ratio was 84.5％, and the effective ratio was 10.3％,thus the total effective ratio was 94.8％, which were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). No adverse drug reaction was observed from Zhishetongluo capsule.Conclusion Zhishetongluo capsule has satisfactory curative effect on the recovery of cerebral infarction and it has the potential to be popularized in clinical.
