便携式紫外光治疗仪治疗白癜风的临床疗效研究

摘要

Objective To explore the efifcacy and safety of UV irradiation at 365nm, emited by a portable therapeutic UV instrument, in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods Choice from January 2013 to April 2014, 82 cases diagnosed with vitiligo patients as the research object, the digital method using randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group only give a sand reunite with oxygen treatment, on the basis of the observation group were treated by 365 mm wavelength portable uv therapeutic apparatus for treatment. Folow-up of 3 months, to observe clinical efifcacy of two groups of patients.Results Observation group 1 month of therapy treatment the total effective rate was 14.7%, while the control group the total effective rate was 0, the difference was statisticaly signiifcant(P<0.05); Treatment on March in the two groups total effective rate was 48.8%, 48.8%, respectively, comparing differences stil have statistical signiifcance(P<0.05), major adverse reactions in two groups did not appear, only a few patients had mild itching or spots.Conclusion The combined therapy of topical methoxsalen with 365 nm UV irradiation is effective in the treatment of vitiligo, with few adverse reactions.%目的：探讨便携式紫外光治疗仪治疗白癜风的临床疗效，为其临床应用提供可参考依据。方法选择2013年1月至2014年4月诊断为白癜风的患者82例作为研究对象，采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组，对照组仅给予甲氧沙林外涂治疗，在此基础上观察组患者采用365 mm波长便携式紫外光治疗仪进行治疗。随访3个月，观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗1个月观察组治疗总有效率为14.7%，而对照组治疗总有效率为0，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗3个月两组治疗总有效率分别为48.8%、14.7%，比较差异仍有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组均未出现中、重度不良反应，仅有少数患者有轻度瘙痒或红斑。结论便携式紫外光治疗仪治疗白癜风有较好的临床疗效，明显改善患者症状，且轻便小巧，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
