对脑卒中家庭照顾者实施过渡期护理干预的效果研究

摘要

目的：分析和研究对脑卒中家庭照顾者实施过渡期护理干预的效果。方法我们选取2011年6月至2013年8月脑卒中家属106例，将其随机分为对照组53例（给予常规护理）与观察组53例（在常规护理基础上加用过渡期护理干预），出院3个月后，将两组患者家属对疾病不确定感评分进行对比。结果观察组患者家属出院3个月后对疾病不确定感评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论将过渡期护理干预应用于脑卒中患者出院后的护理中，有效改善了患者家属对疾病的不确定感，对提高家属应对能力及患者生活质量均有重要作用。%Objective To analysis and study on caregiver nursing intervention transition effect on stroke family.Methods We selected from June 2011 to August 2013 106 cases of stroke family members, and they were randomly divided into control group 53 cases (given routine nursing) and observation group of 53 cases (based on routine nursing plus nursing intervention transition period), 3 months after discharge, two groups of family members of patients with the disease uncertalnty of contrast score.Results In the observation group, family members of patients discharged after 3 months of uncertalnty in illness score was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion The transitional care nursing intervention for stroke patients after hospital discharge, effectively improve the family members of patients with the disease uncertalnty, to improve family coping ability and quality of life of patients had important role.
