经侧裂-岛叶入路显微手术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血患者的疗效观察及脑血管保护

摘要

Objective To study the lateral ifssure insula approach microsurgery treatment basal ganglia clinical curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and summarizes the cerebrovascular effective protective measures before and after operation.Methods 42 cases basal ganglia hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients through lateral ifssure insula approach microsurgery treatment, patient treatment and follow-up of quality of life, to come to the conclusion after statistical analysis.Results 42 cases of patients with surgical success rate of 100.00%; survival rate by 88.10%, the death rate by 11.90%; follow-up of quality of life was 51.35%.Conclusion Through lateral ifssure insula approach microsurgery treatment basal ganglia hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients can obtain satisfactory curative effect, is conducive to the postoperative recovery as soon as possible, the prognosis of patients with effective guarantee the quality of life.%目的：探讨经侧裂-岛叶入路显微手术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血临床疗效，并总结手术前后脑血管有效保护措施。方法42例基底节区高血压脑出血患者均经侧裂-岛叶入路显微手术治疗，记录患者治疗效果及随访生活质量，给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果42例患者手术成功率100.00%；存活率88.10%，病死率11.90%；随访生活质量优良率51.35%。结论经侧裂-岛叶入路显微手术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血患者可获得满意疗效，有利于其术后尽快恢复健康，有效保障患者预后生活质量。
